Our Care Staff

Our staff are recruited locally and between them have many years experience of visiting clients in their own homes. They have all undergone a full interview and their references have been taken up to ensure absolute honesty and reliability. In addition, an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check has been obtained for every member of staff.

All staff are trained to a minimum of NVQ2 and receive ongoing training in Health and Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Lifting and Handling, Dementia Care, emergency procedures and other related matters.

All our members of staff are caring, friendly and compassionate. They love the work they do and our clients can be confident they will receive the help and support they need to manage in their own home for as long as possible.
